Seth P. Shapiro is a Partner with Lowthorp Richards.
Seth focuses on real estate, business and estate planning and has also handled civil litigation in these areas. Seth frequently advises and assists small and medium-size businesses and individuals in negotiating and documenting business transactions including commercial leases; the formation, dissolution and sale of business entities such as corporations and limited liability companies; purchase and sale agreements; employment contracts; trademark registration; and loan agreements.
Seth also has extensive experience advising clients on estate planning matters as well as representing clients in matters before the Probate Court.
Seth participated in the Honors Program at Loyola Marymount University and earned his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in history with minors in political science and theological studies. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis, King Hall School of Law in 2007. He was admitted to the California State Bar that same year and is a member of the Ventura County Bar Association.
Seth grew up in Simi Valley and now resides in Ventura with his wife and four children.
