Cristian R. Arrieta

Cristian R. Arrieta is the Managing Partner of Lowthorp Richards, LLP. His practice focuses on comprehensive estate planning, trust administration, probate, business succession planning, asset protection, and dispute resolution. He also serves as outside general counsel to a select group of business clients.

Cristian is a member of WealthCounsel and the Trust & Estates Section of the Ventura County Bar Association. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to leadership and community service, including serving as President of his Rotary Club, Chair of Ventura County SCORE, and as a graduate of the Ventura County Leadership Academy. In 2026, he was selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers.

A cum laude graduate of California State University, Northridge, Cristian earned a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy before receiving his Juris Doctor, also cum laude, from California Western School of Law. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2005 and has been practicing law since that time.
