Cristian R. Arrieta

Cristian R. Arrieta is the managing partner of Lowthorp Richards, LLP.  Mr. Arrieta law practice encompasses comprehensive estate planning services, trust administration and probate, business succession, asset protection, as well as dispute resolution.  He also serves as general outside legal counsel for a select number of business clients.

Mr. Arrieta is a member of Wealth Counsel, as well as the Trusts & Estates section of the Ventura County Bar Association.  Past leadership roles included serving as President of his Rotary Club as well as Chair of the Ventura County chapter of SCORE – volunteer business mentors, and a graduate of the Ventura County Leadership Academy.  In 2026, he was selected for admission to Super Lawyers.

A cum laude graduate of CSU Northridge with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Cristian earned his Juris Doctorate, also cum laude, from the California Western School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2005. He began his practice the same year.
